Tickets for a given show go on sale approximately four weeks before opening night.
Tickets are non-refundable. Penfield Players does not offer an exchange policy.
Price is usually $12 for the currently running show unless otherwise noted.
Advance sale tickets for coming plays can usually be purchased for $10 at the theatre when you're seeing the current show. Save and enjoy! See the folks at the ticketing counter for details.

Wegmans' THAT'S T.H.E. TICKET locations
Tickets for our upcoming shows may usually be purchased at any Wegmans' THAT'S T.H.E. TICKET location. For those of you who are not familiar with this service, it is usually located within the Video / DVD rental area of Wegmans. If there is not a sign posted, you can ask the clerks there at the video counter and they will be happy to assist you!

At the Door
Tickets for any play are also available at the door before the show, unless the show has sold out prior to the performance date. You may call 585-340-8655 during the times listed above to check if tickets are still available!
