Tickets for a given show go on sale approximately four weeks before opening night.
Tickets are non-refundable. Penfield Players does not offer an exchange policy.
Pre-sale price is usually $12 for the currently running show unless otherwise noted.
At-the-door ticket price is $15.

Tickets will be held at the door ("Will Call") of the Penfield Community Center (1985 Baird Road). Ticket pre-sales online for $12.00 will stop at 4:00 PM on Friday for that weekend's show .

Melodrama seating is first-come, first-served at assigned table.

At the Door
Tickets for any play are also available at the door before the show, unless the show has sold out prior to the performance date. You may call 585-340-8655 during the times listed above to check if tickets are still available!
